Right of withdrawal

As an end client, you have the right of withdrawing from this contract within 14 days without indicating any reasons.

The withdrawal period is 14 days starting on the day that you or a third person designated by you but who is not the party who shipped the item has taken possession of the last piece of merchandise. In the case of newspaper and magazine subscriptions, the withdrawal period is 14 days starting on the day that you or a third person designated by you but who is not the party who shipped the item has taken possession of the first piece of merchandise.

Please note that personalised products Produkte (Meine Marke, Meine Marke 48, Meine Marke Mix, epostcard) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is imperative that you send us an unequivocal declaration (e.g. a letter sent via postal service, telefax or e-mail) to inform us about your decision to revoke this contract. For that purpose, you may use our withdrawal form template (see “Go to form” below), but this is not mandatory.

To benefit from your right of withdrawal, all you have to do is send your notification that you would like to exercise your right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.
