Payment Terms

When ordering from our store, you can choose from several payment options. Please make sure that you have sufficient funds available when using any of these available payment methods.

Pay with credit card
Paying with a credit card is easy and convenient. We accept Mastercard, Visa and Diners Club. To complete your payment, we will need your credit card number, the expiration date as well as the card verification number. This 3-digit card verification number is located on the back of your credit card.
If you pay by credit card, we will credit your card immediately after you have placed your order.
For orders of Meine Marke, Meine Marke 48 and Meine Marke Mix, we will put a hold for the total amount on your credit card after you have placed the order. We won’t credit your card before your stamp artwork has been approved.
Should we reject your order for Meine Marke, Meine Marke 48 or Meine Marke Mix, we will concurrently release the hold on your credit card.
Your credit card must be valid for at least another month at the time of your order.

Pay upon receipt of our invoice
Registered clients from Austria and Germany also have the option of paying upon receiving our invoice. The invoice will be due within 14 days of the day of issue of the invoice.

Please keep in mind that we request pre-payment from first-time clients if the order exceeds EUR 250 for security reasons. In this case, our customer service department will get in touch with you shortly after you have placed your order.
